La sal de Añana y la cerveza VGnoster, productos de Añana, se promocionan en el Mercado de San Antón de Madrid
La sal de Añana producida de forma artesanal en Salinas de Añana y la cerveza gastronómica VGnoster, elaborada en Nanclares de la Oca, acompañan a otros productos alaveses en la promoción que la Diputación Foral de Álava y Slow Food Araba-Álava va a desarrollar este viernes 10 de mayo de 2013 en el Mercado de San Antón de Madrid.
Gontzal Esteban, Responsable de la sal de la Fundación Valle Salado de Añana, y Karlos Delgado, Gerente de la empresa de cervezas artesanales VGnoster, se desplazarán a la capital y estarán presentes en este mercado que “aúna tradición y modernidad, algo que caracteriza al agro alavés”, ha apuntado el Diputado de Agricultura, Borja Monje.
Monje ha subrayado que el objetivo es “potenciar un buen posicionamiento de nuestros productos en las cadenas de distribución alimentaria y su presencia en los principales puntos de venta del país”.
Por su parte, el Presidente de Slow Food, Alberto López de Ipiña ha afirmado que “la organización está comprometida en acercar al consumidor potencial productos de calidad, buenos, limpios y justos realizados con el mayor respeto al medio ambiente”.
Junto a la sal y la cerveza, se promocionarán asimismo el vino de Rioja Alavesa, la patata de Álava, el queso de Pastor Idiazábal, el aceite Arróniz y el Txakoli de Álava.
